HFACS Certification
The Human Factors Analysis & Classification System (HFACS) is recognized as the “Gold Standard” in human factors accident analysis and classification. The HFACS system has direct application to Accident Investigation and Analysis, Risk Reduction, Safety, and Quality and Productivity improvement. The HFACS certification ensures official recognition of your credentials by the original authors and creators of the HFACS system, and identifies you as an industry leader.
Certification involves a combination of professional, classroom and field experience using the HFACS system, and passing an online exam. Submission of a work product may also be required, depending upon the level of certification.
